Ok so I've been farming for different recipes for a while now. I decided to make a list of enchants I'm currently able to do and what mats they require (yes, you could just ask me in-game but I'm not always online or I might be playing with another character). I won't put pre-TBC enchants,with the exception of +15agi on weapon and Crusader, on the list because it would take too much space..

Fee: none to guildies. Mats: I only support on Void Crystals, Arcane Dusts and Greater/Lesser Planar Essences (if I have enough).
EDIT: re-did the list a bit (made it simpler) and added 'new!' for easier sight of enchants I've gotten since last updated the list
